Whenever I teach Math and Science, I like to have my tutees try and teach me! I think that the true test of mastery is being able to share your knowledge. If they have gaps, we work on problems on an online whiteboard, where I can see every step of their work. I find that even more important that getting the right answer is taking the right steps to that answer, because without understanding, correctness is irrelevant.
