"Hello. My name is Elihu and I am currently in my 12th year teaching Algebra I and Math at a Middle School in Richburgh SC. Along with my experiences there I have taught at Chester High School and York Technical College's Chester Branch. I can say I have successfully taught students from the 6th grade all the way to college. I have countless professional development opportunities that have guided me to the best practices of instruction and assessment. It has been an award-winning school during my time there and I have played an integral part of our success. I would be delighted to use my skills in order to get your child to where he needs to be in his math courses.

In order to be an effective educator it takes more than just expertise in your content area. Another important component is the ability to motivate students to achieve at a high level. As well as being a teacher I have served as Varsity track and basketball coach. In these positions have gained the ability to motivate students to take charge of their business on and off the field of play. I will use these skills to motivate my students so they can do their best.
