I like to make learning math fun. I try to do this by continuously relating the math we are doing to the world around them. I feel students learn best when they both respect the tutor (teacher) and can also make connections to the mathematics. Relating the mathematics to the real world, careers, etc. allows students to become more engaged in the math they are learning and as a result become more successful.
