"My love of mathematics and teaching began during my high school days when I led classroom workshops in Algebra and and Geometry and tutored my peers. After receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Physics, I joined a major tech company, where I used math in performing my job responsibilities as a Systems Engineer.

As my career progressed, I taught data communications concepts to customers. Later, I managed the curriculum content and education delivery of a segment of my company's sales and computer systems new hires training.

As a manager, I coached and developed my teams to meet our business objectives, again demonstrating the capability to develop and transfer skills.
