With sufficient insight into answers of the above, develop a plan that builds on their strengths so together, we can tackle the flip side of the student’s knowledge base.
To that end, I will continue to seek those techniques that, when deployed, allow me to better serve my students:
HOW TO:
• Adopt the “best practices” of teaching & tutoring to fit the student’s motivations and needs
-
• Deploy self-paced, self-administered learning aides to provide 24x7 tutoring support
-
• Inculcate a love of self-learning that will serve the students throughout their lifetime
-
• Be responsive to the diversity of each student
-
• Deploy complementary computer-based learning systems." less...
