"I have been a hands on Registered Nurse for over years working mostly in the intensive care and emergency department areas. I graduated from medical school and am studying for the boards myself . I can help you with all subjects in nursing, and I can also help with more focused knowledge if needed (but not required in nursing). I can also review with you physical skills and tasks that are required for being a nurse, ways to communicate with difficult patients and co-workers and so on. I can also give you interviewing suggestions if need be!

My tutoring approach is to get to know a little bit about you and see what kind of a learner you are. Are you more of a visual-learner or do you learn better by just listening and etc. If you are a visual learner like me, then we will use graphs, diagrams or picmonics to help you learn. It is important to know that not every person learns the same way, and I will make sure that I teach you in the way that best suits your needs.

What makes me a great tutor is my hands-on experience and great nursing school. I also was a massage therapist for a few years along with nursing. I was also a personal trainer and a competitive power-lifter. I am a very goal-oriented person and highly motivated.
