"I volunteered in our local elementary school for 8+ years, assisting students working through challenging STEM activities multiple days a week. I'm familiar with online platforms like Teams, Zoom, etc. During COVID, I assisted our youngest in adjusting and learning in the online environment.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M and an MBA at UHCL. I worked in flight operations at NASA for 20 years. During my time at NASA, one of my responsibilities was to educate and train the new flight controllers. I also took a few elementary education classes at A&M as electives while working on my engineering degree.

I have always excelled in math and enjoying helping and sharing that knowledge.
