"Hello, my name is Mike, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University. This degree has given me a strong foundation in engineering principles, and I'm thrilled to share this knowledge with students. For the past seven years, I've had the privilege of working as a SolidWorks instructor, specializing in Computer-Aided Design and modeling. I hold a SolidWorks CSWP (SolidWorks Professional-Level Exam) certification, which highlights my expertise.
Over the past five years, I've been actively engaged in helping students excel in Mechanical Engineering, CAD modeling, and drawings. What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I believe that effective teaching is not just about conveying information but creating a supportive and friendly learning environment.
In my tutoring approach, I aim to make the learning process as engaging and enjoyable as possible. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's unique learning style and needs. This approach has allowed me to successfully mentor students in various settings, including one-on-one sessions, small group environments, and classrooms. To date, I've had the privilege of working with over 200 students, each with their unique challenges and goals.
But more than just academic support, I strive to be an approachable mentor and guide for you our your child. I understand the importance of nurturing a positive and approachable atmosphere that encourages questions and fosters curiosity.
I encourage open communication and am always here to address any questions or concerns you may have. If you'd like to discuss how I can assist you or your child in reaching their academic potential or if you have any specific preferences for tutoring, please feel free to reach out. Let's work together to make the learning experience as engaging and effective as possible." less...
