"Hey, I'm Jake! I graduated from Evangel University with a Bachelor's in Biology in 2020. Each semester I attended Evangel I was an honor roll student. Due to the school being a liberal arts institution, I had to take a breadth of classes. In order to fulfill the biology degree, I took a large selection of classes, including zoology, microbiology, cellular/molecular biology, anatomy & physiology, and ecology, among others. I feel very comfortable tutoring many of the life science subjects!

Along with the life sciences, I feel even more comfortable teaching the health sciences, as I have been in medical school for the past 3 years. I have taken all of the classroom subjects that are required early in medical school, such as anatomy, physiology, embryology, microbiology, biochemistry, and histology.

I have tutored students in various subjects over the years. I have never had a dedicated tutoring job, but I feel ready to use my skills and knowledge in a more dedicated tutoring role. I look forward to the opportunity to help students grow, while I do the same. I love the idea of sharing my knowledge with others, and I think this is a great opportunity to do so.
