"Hello! Thanks for considering having me as your tutor. I'm honored to have earned your interest, and I hope to earn your business as well. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2019 with degrees in English and Pre-Medicine. I then completed my Master's Degree in Education, also from the University of Notre Dame, in 2021. I have two years of experience teaching high school in middle school, and I've taught English literature from 6th grade to 12th, as well as biology, chemistry, and physics.

My goal with tutoring is not just to teach a specific skill or content, but to prepare students to succeed in all areas of life by nurturing within them a passion for learning. I accomplish this by building strong relationships, developing executive functioning skills, and repeating the concepts we explore. In my experience, this three-pronged approach is a time-tested recipe for success!

I have two years of experience teaching biology, chemistry, and physics in a high school classroom. As an undergraduate I completed courses in biology, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, biochemistry, anatomy, and physiology, earning an A- or greater in each course.

I have two years of experience teaching English in high school and middle school classrooms. I have extensive experience teaching online, as I taught through the pandemic. As an undergraduate, I was awarded the "Outstanding Student in Pre-1700 Literature" award and was offered membership to the Sigma Tau Delta International Honor Society for English Students.
