"The distinct advantage I have over other residents/teachers is my extremely competitive USMLE scores & my clinical experience as a Resident Surgeon (August 2016-present). I will focus on providing students with high yield test taking strategies to enhance their scores within short periods of time.
I have excellent English communication skills with a TOEFL score of 109/120(=8.5 on ielts) and am very passionate about teaching. I believe that in order to excel you have to study smart, not study hard. During my General Surgery Residency, I have had the opportunity to teach many students both Pakistani & international.
Moreover I have completed my clinical rotations in:
Internal Medicine, 60 hours/week (h/wk), 12 weeks (wk)
Intensive Care unit IM 40hours/week (h/wk), 8 weeks (wk)
Pediatrics, 60 h/wk, 8 wk
Pathology, 40 h/wk, 12 wk
General Surgery, 60 h/wk, 12 wk
Molecular Biology & Genetics, 40 h/wk, 2 wk
I believe I can really make a difference to those students who want to ace USMLE steps for residency in USA. My method of teaching involves making a photographic memory of the topics students find difficulty within and make sure they are able to apply that memory in different clinical problems on the exam. Not only can I teach and improve various concepts in topics commonly tested but I can also provide students with high yield test taking strategies to enhance their scores within short periods of time. Moreover I have the experience of many people who studied with me & aced USMLE exams with high scores & I can provide excellent insight into how to strengthen the weak bases & instead make it strong points on the exam." less...

"Has a huge wealth of knowledge!"
Muhammad is a great tutor. Used him for step 1 where he helped me get a great score. He was supportive, kept me motivated and has a huge wealth of knowledge! I'm currently still tutoring with him for step 2 and he is just as wonderful as before. Feel like I learn a lot from him and have a great rapport with him. Friendly and great tutor.
