"I find mathematics to be fun and exciting, which is how I approach each problem. I encourage students to find different methods of finding solutions or answering problems. Real-life examples are used to demonstrate a connection between a student's life and the math they are learning. This is the approach I use in my classroom when I am teaching.

I assist students in better understanding each concept by breaking down the mathematical concepts into smaller more precise steps. These steps allow for the student, tutor, and teacher to identify where the misconception or inaccurate ideas are, and then are able to correct the ideas. I have tutored multiple students and have taught hundreds of students throughout my career.

I specialize in Algebra 1, Algebra 2/ Trig, Geometry, and Pre-Algebra. I am a New York State Certified teacher in mathematics grades 7-12. I have 2 years experience in teaching high school level students in Algebra 1, Algebra 2/ Trig, and Geometry. Currently, I am teaching in a middle school and teaching students in multiple levels.
