"I graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2003 with a BS in Education, certified K-6 Elementary Ed, K-12 Special Ed, and 7-12 Math, and minor in Psychology. I received my Masters from Buffalo State in 2008 in Educational Computing.

In my 22 years of teaching experience, I have taught 3rd grade, 4th grade, 7th & 8th grade math, Algebra, and been a K-8 Math Coach. In addition to teaching, I have been a class advisor, craft club advisor, MARTH Club advisor (combining math and art), and Girl Scout leader. I also tutor students one-on-one in math ranging from elementary through Algebra.

In my current role, I teacher 6th-8th grade math intervention and 8th grade math enrichment. In the intervention courses, I work with students who are struggling and may be several grade levels behind in their understanding of math. I work to bridge their current level to grade level expectations.
