"I just finished my 16th year of teaching middle school. I have taught language arts, reading, and math. I have experience teaching Special Education, Gifted, and ESOL.

I was a tutor at Sylvan Learning Center and have also tutored privately. My expertise is in grades 6-8 but I love helping kids in general.

I have taught math for six out of the 16 years I have been teaching. I have privately tutored math for 3+ years. I like to break down the problem and go step-by-step in simplistic and easy to understand steps.

I have taught reading, writing, and grammar for 9 out of the 15 years I have been teaching. I love teaching the writing process and enjoy seeing students become great writers.
