During this time, I worked in a school as a resident teacher where I co-taught 7th grade science with a licensed mentor teacher.
Throughout my time as a teacher, I've constantly strived to find ways to make learning as engaging and interactive as possible. I know science can be scary and overwhelming, but I believe that if you break it down to the basics it's not as scary and overwhelming. Science is so interesting and teaches so many skills that can be applied to other subject areas. I love sharing that side of science, and can connect that to so many of my students' needs.
