"I'm a recent MIT graduate with dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry, and my research has been on cancer and the immune system.

Teaching has been a long-time passion of mine and I hope to continue teaching throughout my life time. I have tutored SAT Math, SAT II and various science subjects since 2006. During my time at MIT I was a teaching assistant for six semesters in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry and Cell Biology classes, and I continuously served as a tutor in the department. In addition, I taught AP Biology for four years at MIT to disadvantaged high school students. In the two year, I have been tutoring MCAT Physical and Biological section topics.

My style of teaching involves giving a short lecture about the fundamentals of the topic, then gradually covering advanced topics. I continuously question my students in order to help them reach the answers themselves and to make sure that they are keeping up with the material. I will provide all the material for test preparations such as SAT, SAT II, AP and MCAT, however, if you have your own curriculum and material I'd be happy to work with that as well.
