"Hi there! My name is Vick. I graduated from MIT (majored in Finance) in 2020 and have tutored for over 10 years. I specialize in Geometry, Algebra, and SAT/ACT Prep. On occasion, I can also tutor the ISEE and SSAT.

I have tutored students in College, High School, Middle School, and even Elementary School! Most recently I taught business in Jerusalem to high school students for 4 summers. I have experience both teaching 1-1 and in small groups, both online and in-person.

When it comes to teaching/tutoring, I think many tutors have a strong background in the subject but not many consider how important the teaching approach is. I like to emphasize a teaching approach which is patient, encouraging, and understanding! If I am working with a student, I want to make sure that they feel comfortable asking questions and also understanding that learning can be difficult!
