I'm Sai, an MIT researcher, and I specialize in math tutoring including SAT/ACT, competition math and classroom subjects. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping countless students drastically improve their scores, some of them jumping to 800/800 or 36/36 in SAT/ACT math within just a few months. I originally discovered my passion for teaching while I was still in high school, captained competitive math teams. Watching classmates gain confidence and reach new heights in their test performance pushed me to formalize my tutoring approach and later expand it to serve even more students. Eventually, I also founded my own math tutoring program that helped hundreds of kids.

My tutoring sessions are conducted online, and I structure them in a way that feels both rigorous and supportive. Typically, I assess your current skill level and pinpointing the specific math topics where you need the most help. From there, I create a customized study plan that keeps you on track for your test date and score goals. During our one-on-one lessons, we'll use a digital whiteboard where I'll work through practice problems and show you exactly how to apply shortcuts or "test hacks" to trim down the time spent on each question.
