"Hi, my name is Shiv! I graduated from John’s Hopkins with a MS in Applied Biomedical Engineering as well as a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.

I have personally went through many years of learning math and physics, from AP math and physics classes in high school to ordinary differential equations, laplace transforms, Bessel functions, legendary polynomials and more at the graduate level. I understand that these can be intimidating subjects but the right mindset and the proper guidance can go a long way! I actively practice patience with students and I value the chance to share my knowledge with others to allow them to achieve higher levels of understanding.

I have experience working with middle school, high school, and undergraduate students but am open to other levels if given enough prep time (if needed). I am an observant communicator that understands how to change my approach when the student appears confused. My goal is to help students properly understand the material and not just do the bare minimum to complete a task or homework assignment. I aim to do this by being down to earth and approachable so students do not hesitate to ask questions or request clarification.

I am flexible when it comes to times/locations and will typically respond quickly. I am fully vaccinated and open to in-person sessions if desired.
