"I am certified as a teacher in 5-9 Mathematics and K-12 Special Education. I have been teaching in a public middle school for 7 years and would love to help students increase their understanding in math through tutoring. Over these seven years, I have worked one on one with students who struggle in math and who need additional help with math concepts, so I am very patient in working with students.

My tutoring lessons involve going over the lesson and some example problems. Then I would have the students go over some guided practice problems as they work to being able to complete it independently without assistance."
