I firmly believe that everyone can do the same once they learn the best way to approach each section.
When applying to medical school, I was also able to write a well crafted personal statement and activities section which set my application apart. I also thoughtfully crafted my responses to secondary applications and interview questions, which allowed me to convey my passions and strengths as an applicant. During my application cycle I received 6 interviews, 3 of which were from top 10 medical schools and I was admitted to all three of them. I now currently work as a student interviewer for my medical school and understand what admissions committees are looking for in prospective students. With my help, I can give you important tips and tricks to help you crush your interviews!
For my undergraduate education, I attended Hamilton College and received a degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. I graduated magna cum laude with honors in Biology and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi. During my college years, I was a board member of our pre-health club, which allowed me to tutor many pre-med student, and I was a TA for Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry II, and Genes and Genomes.
