"I like to teach Russian because it is my native language. I am fluent in both conversational and written language, and know Russian literature as well. I taught my children to speak and read in Russian and would love to tutor the students of all backgrounds who are taking Russian language in school or college, and adult people who are interested in learning how to speak, read and write in Russian.

I am enjoying teaching in general and was tutoring students while earning my bachelor and master degrees. It is a pleasure for me to help people and see them making progress overtime. I keep my lessons challenging but not overwhelming and always make sure that my students understand the material. I encourage the questions and ask for feedback. My teaching style is interactive.

I try to be flexible. Even though I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, I offer makeup lessons.

I usually tutor in my house, however I can travel to the student's location if it is accessible by public transportation.
