I've coached everything from a keynote speech for 20,000 people to a PhD Thesis Defense in a room of 5 people. As a high school speech coach since 2011, I've coached a high school National Champion, five national finalists, multiple state champions, and over 40 national qualifiers to the National Speech & Debate Association National Tournament. I also served as a member of the national tournament's highly regarded Tabulation Staff for three years. I'm recognized as a Two-Diamond Coach by the NSDA.

As an Executive Coach, I coach & consult industry leaders in Healthcare, Construction, Hospitality, and Accounting. My consulting includes (but is not limited to) keynote speaking, soft skills coaching, bedside manner, and crisis communication. Two of my current retainer clients exceed $400 million in annual revenue. I'm also a City Councilor in Noblesville, IN, responsible for the oversight nearly 75,000 residents, 10 municipal departments, and a $100 million+ budget.
