"Ciao a tutti! My name is Giulio. I have been an Italian teacher and translator for more than 10 years. I graduated with 110 e Lode (equivalent of magna cum laude) with a Bachelor's degree in Languages, Culture and International Studies at the University of Florence. I received my Master's degree in Teaching Italian to Foreigners at the University of Bologna, also with 110 e lode.

I love teaching 1-on-1 classes because they allow me to understand my students’ individual needs. I'm convinced that everyone can become fluent in a language–the secret is simply discovering the approach that works the best for you. With the right guidance, learning a language can become achievable and, more importantly, enjoyable.

During my teaching experience, I have worked with learners ranging from beginners to advanced speakers, tailoring lessons to suit their unique goals and learning styles. As a language learner, I know firsthand that patience is the most essential quality in a teacher. My goal is to ensure that every student feels confident and supported as they explore this beautiful language.

Mistakes are not only normal but expected, and that’s why creating a safe space where students feel comfortable learning and making mistakes is my top priority. I also believe that every student learns at their own pace, and I strive to create an environment where they feel encouraged and empowered to ask questions and explore the language in depth.

In my lessons, we’ll focus on all aspects of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, and conversation, to ensure a well-rounded learning experience. Additionally, I am always willing to create personalized exercises to help students better understand and overcome the specific challenges they encounter.
