"Hi students and parents! I've graduated from UTA with my bachelor's in biology (science) and my minor in biochemistry. Throughout undergrad, I've come across numerous biology courses that make me informational and competent in teaching biology. Some sub-subjects include general biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, human physiology & anatomy, microbiology and more.

As a undergraduate student, I've took on the role of being a general chemistry tutor where I taught concepts on the whiteboard to numerous students. We held biweekly discussions about the lecture material and focused on the difficult or less understood concepts. Other than the whiteboard method- I interacted with students by making them test reviews and multiple variations of diagrams to compare and contrast different chemistry laws, definitions and more. I've also participated as a Human physiology lab teaching assistant where I assisted students in physiology labs which were dependent on the lecture material. My primary job here, other than setting up labs, was to apply lecture topics in lab and educate students on what the results means and its correlation to the human body.

The student's I worked with for the projects above have been college level or ages 18-25. I've tutored general chemistry as a volunteer experience in a group and one-to-one setting for 1-2 semesters. I've taught human physiology concepts in a group or one-to-one setting for 1 semester as an elective credit.

Besides, science- I am also capable of tutoring students in need or writing help (literature essays, personal essays, personal statements, professional essays, scientific essays, lab reports etc.) as well as proofread these items. My degree and experience in undergrad allow me to be in expert in all of this as I've written numerous items in a variety of categories and have helped my peers accomplish the same." less...
