"Hi! I'm Kate. I've been a nurse for 9 years, with the last 2.5 years working as a Nurse Practitioner. I hold a BS in Health Science and a BS in Nursing, as well as an MS in Nursing. My work as an RN was primarily in Med-Surg and Orthopedics, where I also precepted nursing students and new graduates. As an NP, my experience has been in Home Care and Gastroenterology.

I have worked as nursing faculty for the last 3 years. Working with and teaching students is my passion! My goal is not only to coach people to a passing grade, but also ensuring that they fully understand the material. My approach is one of patience, encouragement, and focus.
