"I graduated in May of 2009 with my RN from NICC in Peosta Iowa. I took my boards shortly after and passed on the first attempt. I am currently an emergency room nurse and have been practicing for the past 7 years as an RN.

Fresh out of ADN school, I worked skilled care for a year before going to the float pool in a hospital setting. After one year of float pool nursing, I transferred to the emergency room where I have been full time. I obtained my BSN through Mt. Carmel College of Nursing in 2015

Eight months ago I decided to further my education to an FNP and have been attending Simmons College in Boston full time since. I plan to graduate Summer of 2019 with my FNP. I passed the NCLEX examination in 2009 on my first attempt. I have been a practicing emergency room nurse for the past 7 years with experience in the float pool.
