"I am currently teaching UPK. I obtained my teaching certificate (N-6) from SUNY Oswego and I have my masters in Reading. I have my permanent certification to teach in NYS. I have taught for 11 years in grades 2 and 3. I have taught regular education students as well as gifted and special ed. I was a cooperative teacher for two years where I helped student teachers achieve their goals of becoming a teacher. I was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2011. I have tutored students for the past ten years in all subjects grades K-6. I am highly qualified, flexible and patient. I believe all students have the ability to learn and I have a strong desire to help students become successful learners. I believe communication between parent, teacher, and tutor is key to success!

I have saved all my teaching supplies over the past 11 years and have turned in our basement into a mini classroom where I am currently tutoring students. I am willing to travel to your house or meet at a library to tutor your child. I have a 24 hour cancelation policy, but do offer make up sessions.
