"Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Erion , and I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Economics at New York University (NYU). The world of numbers has always been a passion for me, and I'm fortunate to have been able to turn this passion into my career.
Education-wise, I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mathematics. Over the past five years, I've had the opportunity to teach at both the bachelors and masters level. My experience ranges from lecturing in large classrooms to working one-on-one with students, and I've consistently received outstanding evaluations as a Teaching Assistant (TA). I believe that teaching is not only about conveying knowledge but also about inspiring and nurturing a genuine interest in the subject matter.
My tutoring expertise is quite diverse, encompassing all courses related to Economics, such as Statistics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Game Theory. Whether you are just beginning to explore these subjects or delving into more advanced topics, I am here to help.
I also have extensive experience in tutoring all levels of mathematics, including Algebra, Calculus, Probability and Statistics, Linear Algebra, and Geometry. Whether you're a college student grappling with complex equations or a high schooler looking to ace your math exams, my goal is to make these subjects approachable and engaging for you.
Over the course of my tutoring career, I've had the pleasure of helping more than 50 students significantly improve both their understanding of the material and their grades. I take immense pride in the progress my students make and find joy in witnessing their 'aha' moments.
One unique aspect of my background is my success as a former math Olympian. I have earned medals in the International Mathematical Olympiads and even had the chance to share my experience and knowledge by teaching at Math Olympiads training camps at the high school and middle school levels." less...
