"I specialize in math up to precalculus, general chemistry up to college level, and SAT/ACT/ISEE/STAAR/IB test prep. My main goal is to teach my students to become their own problem solvers - to pause and think about how they can apply what they already know. I specialize in making algebra and chemistry easy as pie - they're my favorite subjects!

Regarding the SAT, I provide practice problems based entirely on the 2024 Digital SAT practice tests. I provide many similar examples in a row, so every student is prepared for all question types and difficulty levels. I drill all test taking strategies every session and participation is required.

I have over 16 years of tutoring experience, and I take my job as a tutor very seriously! I love to explore the world we live in, and I hope to inspire that curiosity in all of my students. I began my tutoring career during my college years working for Miami University's tutoring center (The Rinella Learning Center). I have also worked for Varsity Tutors, VIPKid, Tutor.com, and Turito. I absolutely love what I do, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I am a huge animal lover, so I went ahead and majored in zoology (my favorite animals being elephants, giraffes, and mastiffs). I love dancing, Pilates, lifting weights, and going for a run in the park. When I'm not hopping around Houston, one can find me nurturing my creativity, for it is the key to problem solving!
