Experience
I began experimenting with one-on-one tutoring in 2012, teaching writing and French, and I found that I loved this format and the way individual help can really make a difference in someone's education.
I spent several years working as a writing tutor at the University of Wisconsin Marshfield/Wood County, where I was eventually appointed to the position of head tutor. I teach a wide range of subjects including French, English, elementary math, several artistic subjects and I help with homework in many subjects for students of all ages. I have taught many home schooled clients of various ages in specialized subjects such as foreign languages or science. I love learning along with my students and getting to know them and their strengths and weaknesses. My students especially appreciate that I am reliable and creative.
