"I believe that individual mentoring is more than just tutoring students. Mentoring involves teaching the student the current material as well as giving them additional tools to use in the future. I love to watch people learn and enjoy using of a variety of techniques to help accomplish their goals. I focus on the strength of the individual and everyone has the potential to learn as long as they have the right tools. Not everyone learns the same so together we can identify the student's learning style, this will allowing them to adapt to course requirements.
