"Katie made her concerto debut at the age of 13. She began teaching a large studio of violin students and working as a professional musician by the age of 15. While Katie loves the concert stage, her true passion is inspiring others to become amazing musicians. After teaching for 16 years, you could say that Katie has a passion for making students realize their full potential. She loves incorporating new technology, and making sure students are prepared for the tough demands that today's music industry requires. She understands it's not enough to just have really fast fingers; playing music is about so much more in today's day and age.

After spending a year in Scotland, Katie realized the need for students to have quality lessons available online. She developed an online lesson program that works for all of her students.
