I currently practice as a medicinal chemist in the Boston biotechnology hub, where I work toward synthesizing novel molecules for solving unmet therapeutic needs.

I was awarded during my PhD studies for “overall excellence in graduate work in chemistry and for excellence as a teaching assistant.” I held the highest academic standing in overall chemistry at Dalhousie University as an undergraduate student, being awarded the University Medal in Chemistry. I am an excellent communicator, and I take pride in my ability to break down difficult concepts for students.
