"I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Illinois teaching certificate, and I am a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist (CERI) as well as an IMSE Orton-Gillingham Certified Educator. My professional training equips me to deliver evidence-based literacy instruction, particularly for students with dyslexia and other learning challenges. Over the years, I have developed a passion for helping struggling learners gain the confidence and skills needed to succeed academically.

I have been tutoring and teaching for over six years, specializing in literacy intervention for students from kindergarten through middle school. My approach is rooted in the Orton-Gillingham methodology, which is highly effective for students with dyslexia and involves a multisensory, structured, and individualized teaching style. In my private practice, I work one-on-one with students in both in-person and virtual settings, tailoring lessons to meet their unique needs and learning styles.
