"I have been a nurse for 20 years and most of that time has been spent working full-time in undergraduate nursing education. I hold four college degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2007) and a Master of Science in Nursing Education (2011). I have also been a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) since 2015. I have assisted in the education of over 550 practicing nurses.

I maintain clinical competence as an infusion nurse and love the opportunity to interact with patients. I find this same satisfaction when interacting with students during the tutoring process.

Over the past many years in nursing education, I have helped students overcome multiple barriers, including test anxiety, content comprehension and information recall. I am adept at identifying each student’s specific challenges and helping create a plan to lead to success. I bring these same qualities to all tutoring sessions.
