"Throughout my educational journey, I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge or teaching others--being a friend or a colleague. As far as being knowledgeable, I have a masters in chemical engineering and bachelors in chemistry, with a GPA of 3.4 in both. I am ready to thoroughly teach the classes I have chosen.

In addition, I had taught some classes in college during my graduate studies, as a teaching assistant. I subbed for the professor to teach some undergraduate engineering classes when he was not around. I also taught and graded Unit Operations lab classes as part of my graduate program requirement. I always gave individual attention to students that were struggling, by addressing their concerns after class or meeting at arranged times. Students I will tutor here will get same attention!

My teaching methods include illustrations to demonstrate a better way a student may see the big picture. We learn differently, and giving students a different perspective or options means that students are able to find where they feel comfortable and confident to learn. The best way to really find out if a student gets what you have just explained or taught is by letting the student teach it to you. If you can teach it, it means you have the mastery of the concept. It's the cornerstone of how I taught, and how I will teach students on this platform.
