While math and science were always my strong suits growing up, I wasn't always so lucky in reading and writing. I started with a sub-700 score in SAT Reading and Writing, but after weeks of dedicated self-study, I was able to achieve perfect 800s in both (this was back when SATs were out of 2400), so I know what it's like to learn subjects I'm not comfortable with.

I will never give students work to do that isn't productive, and most times I will try to leave time at the end of the session to work through problems together so that students don't have to do too much outside of our sessions. I know normal schoolwork is already time-consuming on its own, so I don't want to add to that!
I'm very open to feedback and criticism. Students (and their parents) know themselves better than I do, so if there's something I can do better on, please let me know and I'll make the adjustments immediately. I'm excited to start working toward your academic goals together!" less...
