"Hi everyone! My name is Vania and I have been tutoring in Algebra and Pre-Algebra for over 20 years. I graduated from Drexel University with honors and also from GWC Engineering and Science in Philadelphia with honors. Math has always been a strong subject and I have had nothing but success with my students. My love for math is infectious! I have had many students who initially hated math, now view Math as one of their favorite subjects. I am a former Middle School math teacher at a Friends School in NJ. I currently have a Marketing business and tutor students in my spare time.

I have several methods for helping students understand math concepts, depending on how they learn. I am a strong believer that not every child learns the same. I have a son who is one of those children and I use visual, musical and tactile methods to help him learn and grasp concepts in Algebra.
