My tutoring experience includes Pre-algebra, Algebra 1-4, College Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Pre-calculus, Calculus, and many more subjects. I studied math extensively for my Bachelor's degree (up to Calculus III), and I currently utilize math and Microsoft Excel professionally as a Financial Analyst. My Excel skills include using formulas (logical, statistical, v lookup, reference, etc.), pivot tables/charts, formatting, table design, external data imports, macros, and much more. After years of tutoring, I still enjoy seeing the excitement of a student understanding a concept that used to seem incomprehensible.

Learning has always been a passion of mine and is the biggest motivator for helping others. Starting in high school, I began tutoring students of all grade levels in the areas of math, science, English, business, and emergency medical technician studies (I was an EMT for five years). My tutoring style varies according to a student's needs. If a student shows extraordinary progress, I will assign work that will continue to stimulate intellectual curiosity. If a student requires extra attention on topics, I will plan accordingly to make sure that the concepts are well understood.
