"Dear potential students,

Math has always been my favorite subject, but I understand that not everyone shares my feeling on the subject. I received my bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M - Kingsville. I worked at as an engineering assistant with the Texas Department of Transportation and for the City of Dallas. I then began to teach at a private school. Finally, I went back to school to receive my graduate degree in Mathematics from Texas Woman's University in Denton. With my degree, I began working as a college instructor.

As a college instructor, I have successfully taught many students. However, not all students are on the same level or learn in the same manner. I have successfully worked with many students that have been out of school for many years. Customized and individually tailored tutoring is my true calling.

I specialize in all types of mathematics, from pre-algebra, to geometry, to statistics. I love it all! My teaching style is individualized to the learning style of each student. I use real-life examples, visual aids, and other tools to demonstrate the practical uses of math. I have lots of patience and work with students of all ages.
