"I am a Math teacher with over 12 years of experience having a strong background in teaching problem solving and analytical skills while creating a caring and learning environment to motivate students to bring the best of them.

I have a Masters degree in Pure Mathematics from India and another Masters degree in Applied Mathematics from San Jose State University. I also have a teaching credential and qualified to teach in California and Florida. I currently teach AP Calculus AB and BC at a private high school.

Before I started teaching in school as a full time Math teacher, I tutored students after school and in summer on one-on-one and group basis for about 5 years. I have an ability to connect with students individually and in group setting. I am able to find their needs and am able to teach them difficult topics with patience in an easy way for them to understand.

Most times students do not know where to start when solving a problem, I fill that gap with my teaching skills. My tutoring sessions may not only be a homework help session but also a lesson that helps to understand the concepts better.
