"I work as an Enterprise Agile Evangelist and Professional Trainer providing business process consultation as well as corporate training. Previous to this role, I managed the Program Management Office (PMO), Proposition Delivery, and Operational Excellence as a Vice President and have delivered numerous projects and programs for many companies in many industries. I published a book on the importance of project and agile principles to everyone. I use this book as part of the curriculum to high-school students for my initiative, Projecting Leaders of Tomorrow (PLOT).

I received the prestigious PMI Eric Jenett Excellence award in 2017 and have published peer-reviewed scholarly journals, Scrum articles, and PM Network on topics related to middle management transformation through project management. I also facilitate at Northeastern University teaching Leadership and Project Management Classes. I have served in multiple leadership roles in the PMI Mass Bay Chapter and currently serve as an Executive Board member at Boston University Agile Innovation Lab.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras in India, a Master's (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, a business (MBA) degree in Management from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minnesota. I have numerous professional certifications in management (PARP, PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, PARP, CSP, CSPO, CSD, CSM, ICC-ACC, SSBB, LSSBB, IT Project+, CSOXP, SCM, SCPO, SCD, SAMC, SCT).

I have spoken in numerous conferences face-to-face as well as delivered online. I have programming experience in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc. In addition, I have also designed websites. I have exposure to database design and normalization. So, I can teach the basic computer science and general computer concepts.
