The best satisfaction I have always received in teaching middle school and high school students is seeing them understand and apply the concept they've been learning! The look on their face and confidence boost is what tutoring and teaching is about.

Interventions are a high priority for me as everyone learns in their own way - those styles are what need to be tapped and strengthened. With the experience of teaching and working with academically challenged students over 31 years, I have received training and utilized different strategies for each individual student.
