"I am a CELTA certified English language instructor. I help adult learners access and master the English language in a stress-free, stimulating learning environment. My goal is to help you communicate confidently and effectively in English.
I have worked with learners of a diverse set of ethnic and professional backgrounds to help them improve English speaking, reading, and writing skills. I appreciate the challenges of learning English as a non-native learner and give special care to each student's learning needs -- from absolute beginners to more advanced speakers. I make learning interesting and relatable, using a learner-centric approach.
Tutoring is extremely rewarding. I am always inspired by students' growth and personal commitment to improving over the course of our lessons.
I obtained a Certificate in English Language Training to Adults (CELTA) in 2014.
My lessons are tailored to learners needs and include:

- Business and professional English
- Conversational English including idioms, phrasal verbs, American slang
- Vocabulary, synonyms, word choice, and proofreading
- Grammar, tenses, and punctuation
