"Greetings! My name is Nick, and I have been blessed to be able to tutor math as my full time job since graduating with highest honors from the California State University. Over the past twenty years I have had successful results with over one thousand students in the Orange County area. In addition to tutoring I teach Algebra and Geometry part-time at a local school, and I am head coach of a travel baseball club!

I usually spend my first session getting to know your student's learning style, strengths, and weaknesses. I will probably spend some time assessing a few fundamentals, but I really need to know what makes your student comfortable and what will make learning enjoyable. This helps me to personalize a program, enhancing learning in a way that is most efficient and accelerates your student's success. I also like to make lessons fun, and I've been told on countless occasions that my patience is my greatest asset!

I pretty much have the math spectrum covered...subjects include the new Common Core curriculum for elementary school, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Finite Math, Discrete Math, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus, as well as honors courses at all levels. I have helped hundreds of students improve their scores on the math sections of the SAT and ACT and have had dozens of students achieve perfect scores. I have had great results with all age groups.

My home base in the Tustin-Santa Ana-Anaheim Hills-Orange area and yes, to help make things as convenient as possible, I will drive to your location.
