"I pride myself on being a patient and experienced Spanish language tutor and former elementary school teacher. I am willing and able to tutor students in Spanish from elementary school, middle school, high school, college level and all adults who just want to learn Spanish for work or for fun. I can also design a curriculum based on your particular Spanish language needs and wants. I know how to explain concepts clearly, raise grades and boost confidence. English is my first language but I lived and studied in Mexico for a few years.

I am also an experienced and effective elementary school teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience from the Los Angeles Unified School District. I have taught children of all ages from kindergarten through sixth grade.I have had three years of Orton-Gillingham training and one year of LETRS training in the Science of Reading. I taught kindergarten for 20 years and second grade for more than 12 years. I also successfully taught intervention classes as well as enrichment classes at my prior elementary school. I have had experience homeschooling in person as well.
