"I am currently a student at Harvard University where I am majoring in applied math with application areas of computer science and economics.

Before Attending the university I went to a small school in Arkansas, meaning much of the high school level material I’m accustomed to I taught myself to a degree. In short, I have a very good understanding of the material as opposed to just having memorized the processes like you tend to learn in school. During that time I earned a 36 on my ACT, graduated with above a 4.0 GPA, and was valedictorian of my class.

My pride and joy during high school was competitive speech and debate in addition to the opportunities I had for peer tutoring to help out my classmates. To say the least, I’m able to communicate clearly and effectively and am not afraid to work with you as long as it takes for something to hit home.

Now that I’m a college student, I’m additionally working with various organizations including the Harvard Institute of Politics and am now interning on the campaign team of a political candidate.

I’m sure there’s more I could talk about, but I don’t want to bore you too much, so it can wait till we have a chance to meet face-to-face :)
