"Teaching has been my calling for over 30 years now! I currently teach AP World History, Psychology, on-level World History, and a Historical Roots of 21st Century Issues Elective in a very competitive, highly ranked school district in Michigan. For the past 8 years, my sophomore AP World students have enjoyed a near 90% pass rate with anywhere from 50-90 students taking the exam each year.

My Bachelor’s Degree is from the University of Michigan in World History and Studies in Religion, a dual major. I also attended for an extra year after I graduated in order to secure my teaching certificate. I am currently certified to teach all History courses, all Social Science courses, including Psychology, and Latin. Within 5 years of teaching, I earned my Master’s Degree in Teaching & Learning. I also have completed over 100 hours of post-graduate work.
