"My background includes extensive experience in Corporate Leadership & Management Development; Directing a Youth Development program nationally; Entrepreneurship experience, including consulting to and coaching start up leaders, teams and boards in both for profit and non-profit sectors; Teaching and Consulting in University programs and Sustainability centers where I support the personal and professional effectiveness of students and administrators. I have a B.A. in Psychology and and M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science, the field about human effectiveness in groups and organizations.
